Lysimeter cooperation agreement with the company JR-AquaConSol GmbH

MUNICH, Germany—METER Group AG (METER) We are pleased to announce that on Dec. 9th 2019 we signed a cooperation agreement with the company JR-AquaConSol GmbH, Graz/Austria (formerly Joanneum Research). We already have been working for 29 years in the field of lysimeter development together.

JR-AquaConSol has been a successful industrial partner for projects focusing on water resource management for many years. With the new Lysimeter division it is systematically expanding its business field. Univ. lect. Dr. Johann Fank (CEO JR-AquaConSol), has been leading the Lysimeter Research Group for more than 10 years. Through this cooperation, the METER Group transfers its entire technical know-how in the areas of consulting and plant design, installation and training as well as in the areas of services and support to JR-AquaConSol.
Thus competences merge which belong together to lift Lysimeters/Ecotrons to the next level: Science and Technology, project management and application know-how, service and support as well as an application-oriented and innovative development strategy. You have better access to the unique METER lysimeter techniques and components beside the powerful METER sensors combined with a professional project management, services and support.

We look forward to being your professional partner for your Lysimeter/ECOTRON projects! Feel free to contact lysimeter@jr-aquaconsol.at and sales.europe@metergroup.com.
